No idea but looks like it with a 4 headcode.
Could be wagons for barriers if some new sleeper coaches have arrived on Teesside.

Thanks for the suggestion. I looked on Holgate Railcam and there looked to be 3 locos in the consist but a possible 4th loco and/or wagons couldn't be seen of the still. The reported locos were #66501,#66514,#66525 and #66952 on Railcam, any ideas if they are correct? Barrier wagons at Tees seems likely.

Looks like there were 4 locos on it as the above 4 are in the Tees area this morning
